In the vast pasture of the American West, where the wind blows and the grass is low and the cattle and sheep are low, I live with a collie named Lao Du. I followed, fighting side by side with Lao Du. The lone figure showed his heroic instincts as a sheepdog in the rough seas.
That night, Old Du was not only the guardian of the ranch, but also my hero. It proved itself with wisdom and courage. Its actions taught me that no matter what crisis I face, with the right guidance, every naughty life has the potential to become a hero.
Since then, Old Du has become more powerful on the pasture, and his eyes are no longer just naughty, but more determined and loyal. As a sheepdog, Old Du has not only completed its mission, but also won the fearlessness of danger and the protection of partners in our common journey. Now we are not only owners and dogs, but also partners who guard the pasture side by side under this vast sky.
