Customized products：Return and Refund policy

Refund and Remake Policy:

1. For custom products, refunds or returns are not supported unless there is a quality issue.

2. If you find that our custom product deviates from your order, the request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

3. If an error occurs during the customization process due to our fault, we will remake the product for you free of charge and provide free shipping.
